The Excise department has sealed 45 properties of tax defaulters. Sources said the department launched operation in the areas of Faisal Town and Model Town and sealed 45 properties for not paying property tax.

Official sources said the defaulters have not paid over Rs 3 million despite issuance of a final notice. A failure on the part of taxpayers was lead to the sealing of properties. The operation would continue ahead as well, they added.
